INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Atlantic Test Range (ATR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed price contract with DELL EMC for an Annual EMC Maintenance Renewal. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811212, Size Standard 27.5 Million, PSC code 7030. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. Anticipated Period of Performance All required support should be delivered to the Government within days of receipt of the order. POP Award Date- 29 June 2019. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a Firm-Fixed Price procurement, therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION Technical Acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this synopsis/solicitation. Therefore, it is incumbent on the offeror to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment of the proposal. The Government will award on a lowest priced- technically acceptable basis. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide with your quote. This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
