The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on Sole Source Base to Rohde and Shwarz USA, Inc, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ. Award is expected 10 June 2019. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 7 June 2019 will be considered by the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received.
