INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division Atlantic Test Range (5.2.4) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed price contract with Ultra Electronics- Herley P/Ns: 570011-xxx and 570011-KLC. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334511, Size Standard of 1250 employees, PSC code 6030. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE Items are expected on or before 30 September 2019. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.
