INTRODUCTION The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program under the VX-23 squadron of NAWCAD Patuxent River, MD intends to procure, on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed price contract, to demo., move, and re-install one 60' x 64' Tension fabric structure from B-142 to H-2133. As well as re-skin an existing 133' x 70' @ H-2133. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, this announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332311, Size Standard of 750 employees, PSC code 5450. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE Items are expected on or before 30 June 2019. ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability.
