The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with HARRIS Corporation under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Harris is the OEM and only known company that can furnish the product. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Harris Corporation.
