INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Solicitation N0042119Q0232 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with FULCRUM CONCEPTS LLC to procure chemical biological incident response force exclusion zone wireless ruggedized IBR900 Wi-Fi and protective cases. The protective case for the IBR900 wi-fi router permits outdoor use during any weather and the custom case can decontaminated using harsh chemicals after the case has been exposed to chemical or biological agents under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
