The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on Brand Name Basis to Siemens Inc., under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. ALTHOUGH NOT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS; "REASONABLE" OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WILL BE THE PRIORITY FOR CONSIDERATION. SEE ATTACHED RFQ Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by March 12, 2019 will be considered by the Government. Delivery must be completed by September 30, 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Vendor MUST be an authorized distributor & provide certificate. OFFERS MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT.
