Solicitation N00421-19-Q-0126 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase the following components: P/N: 12-5001, gasket; P/N: 19-440, gasket; P/N: 19-440P15, antenna; P/N: 7-55M, filter; P/N: 7-1500-50, LCU and P/N: 12-5001, antenna, on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. The Government shall solicit and negotiate the proposed sole source contract with Chelton, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 12. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 29 Jan, 2019 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Vendor must be an authorized distributor. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
