The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole-source delivery order to Rockwell Collins Inc. for integration of QR, Y2K-38 Final Fix, SINCGARS 3.2, TSV 5.0 LNE, and Key Fill Verification Fix into AN/ARC-210(V) electronic protection radio systems. This work supports NSA-mandated protections and is being pursued with Rockwell Collins as the only responsible source. The notice is not a request for proposals, and the government will not fund development of other sources.
