The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division requires collecting and submitting electronic fingerprints via SWFT/SWFT+ applications for DoD security clearance investigations to DCSA. The government intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with FieldPrint Inc. under the authority that only one responsible source can satisfy the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Information received will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government retains discretion not to compete the requirement based on responses received.
