NAWCAD, Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a Delivery Order under a Basic Ordering Agreement to Collins Aerospace, Cedar Rapids, IA, for the GEN6 V006 Cyber Scan supporting the AN/ARC-210(V) RT-2036(C) v006 (Gen6) for PMA209. The effort covers development of one beta software scan and one final software scan. This is a sole-source acquisition because Collins Aerospace will not provide the technical data needed for competitive procurement, and no other source can satisfy the requirement. The notice is not a request for proposals, and the Government does not intend to fund development or qualification of other sources. Interested parties may submit capability information for consideration in determining whether to compete, while subcontracting inquiries should go directly to Collins Aerospace.
