The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is seeking sources to update and deliver a Product Level Technical Data Package (TDP) for the CAINS II ASN 139 Test Bench, with the goal of transferring design responsibility to the government. The effort requires compliance with MIL-STD-31000B and must include all product definition data to support production, sustainment, and maintenance. The anticipated period of performance is approximately 30 days after receipt of order, under a firm-fixed-price contract. Performance will occur at the contractor’s off-site location.
