The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to award a sole-source delivery order to Rockwell Collins, Inc. for Engineering Integration Support for AN/ARC-210 radios in support of PMA-209 and the Canadian Armed Forces. The work is being pursued non-competitively because Rockwell Collins is determined to be the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the requirement.
