The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is seeking sources capable of providing Contractor Owned, Contractor Operated (COCO) MQ-9B SeaGuardian unmanned aircraft flight services for U.S. Navy and Department of War missions. Services may include maritime surveillance, anti-submarine warfare, and other government-directed missions, with the contractor providing aircraft, ground control stations, qualified personnel, maintenance, logistics, and operational support. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price with a five-year period of performance beginning September 2028. Performance may take place at designated CONUS and/or overseas locations.
