The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement task order to Cornet Technology, Inc. for organic Lead Systems Integrator support to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Webster Outlying Field (NAWCAD WOLF). The oLSI approach keeps intellectual property and data rights with the Government and uses combined Government-Industry teams to rapidly adapt solutions. The scope includes integration, installation, testing, site support, hardware/software maintenance, training, and hardware for the Tactical Voice Conferencing System (TVCS) OMNI system. TVCS OMNI replaces the end-of-life TVCS mid-range system and provides Marine Corps RMF-accredited secure and non-secure radio and telephone conferencing for command, control, air management, mission control, and range operations.
