NAWCAD WOLF Mission Systems Integration (MSI)
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF), Patuxent River, MD, seeks industry input on a competitive procurement for C6ISR integration/installation, systems engineering, In-Service Engineering Agent, and logistics support for Mission Systems within the SAIW project portfolio. Performance will be split between on-site at WOLF in St. Inigoes, MD (22%) and off-site contractor locations (78%). The anticipated contract is a single-award IDIQ with a mix of CPAF LOE/Term, FFP, and cost-reimbursable CLINs, subject to the Service Contract Act, with estimated manhours of 892,097 for CPAF CLINs and 272,910 for FFP CLINs. The existing contract is expected to expire in Q2 FY2029, but estimated exhaustion is Q1 FY2028; the new contract is anticipated to begin Q1 FY2028 with performance starting approximately December 2027 over a five-year ordering period. Interested firms must be able to obtain Top Secret facility clearance and have a government-approved accounting system.
