The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Cam Lock on a Sole Source basis, for the continued procurement include the procurement of supplies, services and items including the development of a test set capable of performing a place in service inspection and sizing/fitting for JSAM FoS. The JSAM FoS includes JSAM TA, SA, RW, JSF, and M50 Ground Mask. Additional requirements may include, but are not limited to, individual test sets, consolidated test sets, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP’s), related assemblies (masks) and accessories, the A/P22P-14A and A/P22P-14B JSAM respirator pusher fan lithium battery packs and/or suitable substitutions in support of the JSAM FoS (TA, SA, RW, and JSF) with required developmental costs.
