UPDATED 23-January-2023 PMA202 Aircrew Systems Procurement Section is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized manufacturers and vendors for the purpose of establishing a firm fixed-price contract to acquire BCX85 Batteries, non-rechargeable Lithium,3.9V, Size D, quantity 5,000 batteries. P/N 3B0075-TC-MIL. First shipment of batteries (quantity 500) must be delivered within 150 days of contract award. 500 batteries shall be delivered each month for 10 months thereafter. Battery shelf-life codes shall be included for all batteries. Shelf-life requirements shall be in accordance with the DoDM 4140.27, Volume 1, DOD Shelf-Life Management Program. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes via email. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis/solicitation. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
