The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland announces its intention to issue an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period, for support for Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) Mission Systems Test and Evaluation Department (MSTED). This requirement will be procured in accordance with the authority permitting other than full and open competition under FAR 6.203. This pre-solicitation notice is published in accordance with FAR 5.204 for informative purposes (THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS).
