The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, for engineering and innovation technology, application skills, methods, and coaching per FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The requirement is to provide virtual training on the application of systems engineering knowledge skills, expert methods, collaboration and coaching experiences, and feedback to amplify the organizations application of methodologies, technologies and tool suites to deliver high quality products, economically in an accelerated timeline, for a cohort of up to 18 NAWCAD engineers over the span of 6-7 months. NAWCAD and NAWCWD are working together to provide a consistent set of engineering tools and methodologies in a technically innovative training environment across the entire NAVAIR enterprise spectrum. The procedures of Part 13.5 and Part 12 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. This notice is a request for quotations. However, all responses and quotations received before the closing date and time of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Responses should include a company name, point of contact, address, phone and fax numbers, email, and applicable company product literature. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to proceed with award of the procurement as outlined herein is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided nor return any information provided. No bid and quotation costs will be reimbursed for any Offeror. No request for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement action based on the responses received. See Attached SOW
