This SS is a market research tool being utilized to determine potential and eligible sources capable of providing the hardware and/or services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuances of a RFP. The Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this SS announcement Statement of Work For Aircraft Prototype Systems Division Services Project Title: Recertification & Semi-Annual Surveillance Plan Scope: The contractor shall provide ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D recertification and semiannual surveillance audits of design, manufacture and installation of aircraft parts and components to ensure ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D compliance. Work shall take place at APSD, NAS Patuxent River, MD Performance Requirements: The contractor shall provide ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D recertification and semiannual surveillance audits of design, manufacture and installation of aircraft parts and components to ensure ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D compliance. The contractor shall conduct recertification and surveillance audits in accordance with AS9104/1 Issue 2012-01. The contractor shall prepare and execute the audit process and perform audit reporting of conformity and process effectiveness in accordance with AS9101 revision F. Contractor Qualifications: Contractor must be a U.S. citizen. The contractor shall possess expert knowledge in conducting AS9100D Certifying Body (CB) surveillance audits in accordance with AS9104/1 Issue 2012-01. The contractor shall possess expert knowledge in the requirements of AS9104/2 revision A and AS9104/3 revision A. The contractor shall possess expert knowledge in preparing and executing the audit process and performing audit reporting of conformity and process effectiveness in accordance with AS9101 revision F.
