Solicitation N00421-22-Q-0173 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Planar Monolithics Industries for items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Vendors must be authorized distributor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not compete this propsed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
