The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis for AN/APN-245 Replacement: Beacon Receive and Transmit Unit Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Testing with Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation (GTRI), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).
