The LifePak 500 Battery, Non-rechargeable P/N# RD6019 and Physio compatible defibrillator pads P/N: VERT100LOAC-PHY must be PHYSIO-Control, Inc.products under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The only known vendor is Master Medical Equipment. Batteries and pads are replacement part for an existing AED LifePak 500 units. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new! Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-21-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The Government will consider all quotes received by 1:00pm., on 7 MAY 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
