The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Teledyne Electronic Safety Products to deliver a quantity of three (3) Electronic Sequencer Test Set, Type: TTU-515/E, P/N: 2018AS100-3, NSN: 6625-01-473-2030 in support of the FMS Canada F/A-18 Platform. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government does not possess or cannot provide the technical data package/drawings necessary to manufacture the item. As the sole designer and developer of the TTU-515/E, only Teledyne RISI Inc. possesses the peculiar engineering capability, resources, expertise, intricate knowledge, and data necessary to satisfy the Government’s minimum requirements.
