NAWCAD WOLF C-UAS SUSTAINMENT SUPPORT SYNOPSIS The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), located at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to CACI International, Inc. for contractor services to provide mission critical sustainment support for the CORIAN Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS), a part of the SkyTracker Technology Suite, at existing CONUS and OCONUS Government Locations. The requirement entails providing sustainment support to include engineering, program management, and technical support services to support the sustainment of the CORIAN systems at existing Government sites. Sustainment of the systems includes, but is not limited to, maintainability and deployment upgrades of operational systems, reconfiguration of installed systems, training, system maintenance, and hardware repairs. CACI International, Inc. is uniquely qualified to complete the entirety of the efforts contemplated under this planned sole source contract and is the only known qualified, responsible source that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to fulfill the Government's minimum requirement as specified herein. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government is seeking industry input to assist in identifying vendors that might be able to meet the requirements described above. Please note that the Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this RFI. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY.
