This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents onlyThe Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Juniper Support Renewals, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED **MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT or PROVIDE COUNTRY of ORIGIN ON QUOTE** This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. It should identify if an alternate item or substituted item is being offered. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit.
