SOLICITATION REQUIREMENT Solicitation N00421-21-Q-0500 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Parraid, LLC, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/)database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED **MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT or PROVIDE COUNTRY of ORIGIN ON QUOTE** This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. It should identify if an alternate item or substituted item is being offered. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote.
