To improve innovation knowledge and skills for NAWCAD workforce stakeholders, this SOW will select participants from Orlando, PAX and Lakehurst to undertake boot-camp certification training IAW International Standards Organization, Technical Action Group ISO-279 Innovation Management Systems and International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP) ISO US TAG for ISO 56001. The certification training will comprise of two categories: 1) Certified Professional Innovator (CPI), and 2) Certified Management of Innovation (CMI) An integrated training service shall comprise of the following elements: One boot-camp class will hosted comprising of 16 participants. The class will support a combination in-person @iHUB (GFE facility) at PAX, and on-line participants using NAWCAD WebEx (GFE) capability. Each participant will receive combined training in both CPI and CMI material. The duration will be NTE 7 days. Week 1 Monday to Friday and the following week Monday and Tuesday. After the training is complete, each participant will select one of the certification category, (1) or (2). The on-line certification exam shall be within the 7 days. For those participants who do not meet the pass criteria, a second exam will be offered immediately. Given this is a certification course the membership to the certification body shall be included in the pricing based on non-expiring membership. Training Material: CMI training content will cover a broad set of elements from the ISO standards, as listed below: • ISO 56000 – Terminology Definitions • ISO 56001 – Innovation Management Systems (emerging standard) • ISO 56002 – Innovation Management Systems Guidance • ISO 56003 – Innovation Partnerships • ISO 56004 – Innovation Management Assessment • ISO 56007 – Idea Management (emerging standard) CPI training content will cover elements, but not limited to, the following topics: Design Thinking (deployed) Methodologies and Tools (deployed) Innovation Architecture Idea Generation Value Creation Innovation Concepts Business Essentials / Entrepreneurship Innovation Development Deployment Measurement Opportunity Identification Training class to be held May - June 2021
