This Sole Source Justification(SSJ) authorizes and approves the issuance of a contract action on a Sole Source basis to the only authorized Government Contractor for KINGAIR 200T that is similar to USNTPS organic aircraft but is uniquely configured to meet the unique non-tactical QE requirements of the systems curriculum.
