The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source with CME Electronics, Inc. The Expansion Module and Cables must be CMC Electronics, LLC products under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. CMC Electronics is the OEM, and the requested P/Ns will ensure compatibility with existing equipment and avoid the costs of certifying other equipment, Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-20-T-XXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Only quotes from the OEM or authorized distributors will be evaluated. Items must be brand new The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotations/responses received by closing date of this notice will be considered by the government, all responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 1200 pm est. on 23 April 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
