The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00421-17-G-0006 with Cobham Mission Systems, in Davenport, IA for the Production and Initial Support of the GGU-25/A Oxygen Concentrator. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. As the sole designer and developer of the GGU-25/A, only Cobham Mission Systems possesses the peculiar engineering capability, resources, expertise, intricate knowledge, and data necessary to satisfy the Government’s minimum requirements.
