Draft Solicitation Q & A attachment added. This requirement is associated with the Webster Outlying Field Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Division DISCLAIMER: This is a DRAFT Solicitation to obtain industry input/questions. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not a commitment by the U.S. Government to procure subject services. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this notification. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to provide the DRAFT Solicitation as well as the documents associated with the DRAFT solicitation (Section J: Attachments 1-P5) for the 4.11.7 Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Engineering Products and Technical Services, N00421-20-0119. A Table of Contents identifying the contents of the Section J attachments are located on Page 78 of the Draft Solicitation. Please review the DRAFT Solicitation, along with the associated documents, and provide feedback. Please provide specific comments and/or questions, to both maria.mattei-chaney@navy.mil and Jennifer.lundburg@navy.mil. Interested vendors may submit questions related to the solicitation to the Government within 14 days of the release of the draft solicitation. When submitting questions/comments, please include the following information: Company Name; Company Address; Company Business Size; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. The subject line should read N00421-20-R-0119 (EPTS). The Government will review the questions and post responses on beta.sam. No phone calls will be accepted. Description of Requirement: The Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division (A251300) at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to provide Engineering Products and Technical Services for the (4.11.7) Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS). The services shall include fleet support; supply support, technical support; pre-positioned technical support; systems improvement; systems development; systems test and evaluation; software development, test, and maintenance; field change program; production; special purpose test fixture development; test bed support; and overhaul and restoration program support. This procurement will be a full and open competition. The solicitation number is N00421-20-R-0119. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 - Engineering Services, with a small business size standard of $41,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PCS) for this requirement is J058 – Maintenance, Repair, Rebuild of Equipment: Communication, Detection, and Coherent Radiation Equipment.
