Solicitation N00421-19-T-0064 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis with EMC for Legato Maintenance under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The command would incur additional training costs and require an extensive reconfiguration of the supporting infrastructure if EMC is not chosen as the manufacturer. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Only quotes accompanied by a copy of an authorized reseller certificate will be evaluated. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
