Solicitation N00421-19-T-0044 issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with College of Southern Maryland under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is the only educational institution that supports the tri-county southern Maryland area with an engineering Associates degrees relevant to an ME and EE educational pathway. In addition, CSM maintains an Educational Partnership with NAWCAD, and an Articulation Agreement with the University of Maryland (UMD). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none Please include your Cage Code. POP: 4/25/2019- 9/30/2019 The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotations/responses received by closing date of this notice will be considered by the government, all responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 2:00 pm est. on 12 April 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
