The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source with VIASAT, INC. Products must be VIASAT, INC, P/N: VA-022801-9911 under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The items from VIASAT, INC have been previously researched selected, and qualified for the use by the program, and are compatible in all aspects with previously installed systems. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-19-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code. Please identify if items are FOB Destination or FOB origin and include any shipping charges. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Items must be brand new. Award all or none The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotations/responses received by closing date of this notice will be considered by the government. All responses to this solicitation MUST be received no later than 5:00pm est. Feb 7, 2019. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
