All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Amy Parker at amy.parker2@navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 27 Februray 2019. Solicitation N00421-19-SIMACQ-546000A-0037 is issued as a sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Siemens Government Technologies, Inc., 2231 Crystal Drive, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22202-3711, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 27 February 2019 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
