The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source firm fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-18-G-0004, to East West Industries Inc. (EWI), Ronkonkoma, NY to procure, Interim Supply Support in support of the Enhanced Emergency Oxygen System (EEOS). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. As the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and supplier of Enhanced Emergency Oxygen System for the F-18, EA-18 and T-45 Aircraft, only EWI has the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, required technical data, production tooling, facilities, and experience necessary to support engineering, manufacturing, testing, and logistics tasks associated with the EEOS. The Government does not possess adequate data or the rights necessary to competitively award this requirement.
