This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336212, Size Standard of 1,000 employees, PSC code 2330. Effective 27 April 2018, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are advised to be proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration. Description of services: The Naval Air Systems Command, Aircraft Support Contracts Department (AIR 2.5.1.11), Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to procure ten trailers in support of Threat Target System Development.
