This amendment corrects the following from Amendment 1: 1) DRAFT Watermark Removed 2) NAICS code reference added to Section A and as fill-ins in Section K 3) Updated SOW Paragraph reference in Section 1.2.1 Key Personnel Resumes 4) Addition of LCATS exempt from the Education Substitution in SOW Paragraph 3.3.14 5) Changed Section L 2.0, 4.0, and 5.0 to reflect Proposal Submission changing to electronic 6) Updated Section M Part B 1.3 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, proposal submission will be limited to electronic submission via DoD Safe (https://safe.apps.mil/). All files must be submitted to kelsey.buell@navy.mil. Submission must begin NLT 1400 on April 16, 2020. Please note, due to the change in submission requirements and corrections in the content of the RFP, we have extended the due date until April 16,2020.
