Offerors may submit questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist, Tess Goshorn at tess.goshorn@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. The DRAFT Solicitation (attached) is being published with the intent to further enhance competition and teaming. Potential offerors may submit written comments to the draft solicitation no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on 08 February 2019. In particular, the Government is interested in comments that may lead to increased competition. The Government will consider all comments received; however, no response will be provided and the Government reserves the right to solicit for the required services in a manner of its own choosing in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations.
