The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order on a brand name basis for Sonoma D12 Network Time Servers (GPS)., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1). This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
