The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00421-19-G-0005, to Cubic Corporation, 9333 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123, for the procurement of Portable CDL (Port-CDL) MMT based Test Kit and Training Support. The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following services: Requirements and Concepts of Employment (CONEMPS) development System-level Engineering and Conceptual Designs Trade Study Analysis Design Synthesis and Transition Planning This notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
