The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole soure Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), contract number N00421-15-G0002 to L3Harris, 640N.2200 W. Salt Lake City, UT 84116, for the procurement of engineering services. The services support the NAVAIR Command and Control Urban Background Environment Simulator (CUBES). Requirements The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following services: Requirements and Concepts of Employment (CONEMPS) Development System-level Engineering and COnceptual Designs Trade Study Analysis Design Synthesis and Transition Planning This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
