This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with **Mfr. Curtiss-Wright ** and their authorized distributors, per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of firm-fixed price SERVICE type contract is anticipated. The required SERVICE is 02 NOV - 04 DEC 2020. The solicitation is posted to the BETA.SAM.GOV website with quotes due on Friday, 16 October 2020.
