USNS WALLY SCHIRRA (T-AKE 8) FY27 MID-TERM AVAILABILITY (MTA)
The U.S. Navy seeks a firm-fixed-price standalone contract for the FY27 Mid-Term Availability (MTA) of the USNS WALLY SCHIRRA (T-AKE 8), involving non-commercial ship repair under NAICS 336611 and PSC J999. This acquisition will be full and open competition and is not set aside for small business. Award will be made on a best-value basis without discussions, considering price, delivery, technical acceptability, past performance, and other factors. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM, submit a detailed unpriced capabilities statement acceptable to the Technical POC, and include all FOB Destination shipping costs, including tariffs, in their proposals.
