NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound, on behalf of Military Sealift Command, requires Buffalo Pumps/Air & Liquid Systems parts—ball bearing P/N 2 04-11-629 (4), mechanical seal P/N 231-31-1770 (3), and casing ring P/N 15489-16-27 (2)—for ESB class ships. The requirement is sole-sourced to authorized distributor ECI Defense Group, identified as the only vendor capable of meeting the terms; the OEM retains rights to designs, tolerances, and original parts. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability, which will be considered only for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, at the Government’s discretion. The Government will evaluate price reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination. Anticipated award date is November 2026.
