Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit a Winch Assembly requirement sole-sourced to Lake Shore Systems because the company owns and controls the associated engineering design, manufacturing processes, technical specifications, inspection requirements, and quality standards. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability, which will be considered only for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; the decision not to compete remains within the Government’s discretion. The Government will evaluate offeror price reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination under RFO 12.203. The anticipated award date is November 2026.
