Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit an annual Software Service Agreement sole-sourced to Hirsch Secure because the software is proprietary and no service partners can provide it. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond, solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; the Government retains discretion not to compete. The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination under RFO 12.203. Anticipated award date is November 2026.
