The requirement is sole-sourced to Kingsbury Inc. because it is the source listed on Technical Manual S9244-AR-MMA-010. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability, which will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, with any decision not to compete within the Government’s discretion.
